My Story
Lavinia brings a lifetime of resilience, sacrifice, and love to the page. She left Austin Peay State University in her twenties to marry her high school sweetheart, a dedicated military officer, and spent over three decades following him across bases and continents, raising three children along the way. Now retired to her family’s generational farm, she finally has time to put her stories to paper. Her writing reflects a deep well of experience—of military life, motherhood, and the quiet strength it takes to keep a family rooted while constantly on the move.
